For a set fee of $1000, BTF will perform a thorough analysis of your financial statements for the last three years. Our professional staff of analysts will review the results and prepare a report covering the findings, areas of interests and commentary on the possible effects and causes. Additionally, you will receive a thorough debriefing by teleconference with your BTF representative in which you may include your senior staff. Of course, all BTF work is performed in the strictest confidence, up to and including secrecy and non-disclosure agreements, as necessary.

In the Level Two service, you will receive a detailed report of the findings and corrective actions suggested. The Report will be delivered on site and in person, allowing plenty of time for questions and answers. Level Two services are billed at $195 per hour (50 hour minimum) plus all reasonable and ordinary travel expenses.

Often we find that our clients have problems that are much more easily handled by outside professionals. In some cases, the problems are difficult for internal personnel to discern. In other cases, there may be personnel corrective actions that cannot easily be handled by existing employees. Specific documentation of corrective actions may be required in an "arm's length" transaction. BTF acts as a firewall for major management restructure or turnaround actions. Level Two services are valuable when you need limited help to get started. Expenses are kept low and solutions utilize the original organization and asset base.

Level Three services are what sets BTF apart from the competition. BTF can send a team of consultants to your location to actually help restructure and run your business through the corrective action phase. Fees for Level Three services are billed at $250 per man-hour (100 hour minimum) plus all reasonable and ordinary travel expenses.
