Your Fees?

Well, you’re not alone. Virtually every BTF client now and in the past
has stated the same position. BTF
understands. However, the most important
fact you must understand is that “NO MONEY” is not the problem.
It is the symptom of a much greater and more serious problem. That problem is lack of profitability. If just having money right now was really the
problem, you could arrange funding, pay your people and then try to figure out
what you’re going to do when the next payroll comes around. You’re not making money to replace what
you’re spending. THAT’S THE PROBLEM. The fact that you don’t have any money today
is the symptom.
A business that does two million in gross revenues per year should be
making a bare minimum of two hundred thousand dollars in pre-tax profits. 10%.
That is the minimum requirement for your company to be bankable. (In other words, to get that money that you
think is the solution to your problem, you have to be doing at least this
well. Otherwise, it’s unlikely that any
bank will even be interested in talking to you.) Broken down into monthly increments, that
means that you should be making about $16,666.66 per month, every month. Typically, BTF Management Consultant
assignments last about two weeks and cost about $20,000. So, if you were doing the bare minimum to be
bankable, you could pay off BTF fees in less than two months and move to the
next level of profitability (REMEMBER.

certain knowledge of what we can accomplish.
However, you may not believe this.
You may doubt the ability of your business to pull through. You may doubt our ability to deliver on our
promises. OK. In cases where both parties can agree, BTF
Management Consultants will complete corrective actions and management programs
for a percentage of the equity in the company.
That’s right. We’ll put our “skin
in the game”. Typically, this percentage
is about ten percent, although it may vary up or down a few points, depending
on the circumstances. Further more,
we’ll write in a buy back provision before we even start. We’ll give you an opportunity to purchase
that percentage back and send us home, if you wish. We’ll show you what a guarantee really
means. After all, if you don’t agree
that we have made you double what we’ve charged you; you don’t owe us anything
anyway. No equity, No buy back. No fees.
